O’Neill Men’s Digital Marketing Coordinator:

The Digital Marketing Coordinator role is focused on the execution of product and athlete initiatives across the brand website, blog and social media channels. This person will be able to multi-task, represent the brand in a positive manner, and think strategically to execute multi-dimensional digital marketing plans. This person must also be able to understand the surf market and interpret athlete/product initiatives into compelling social media content.

Job Requirements

Digital & Social Media

• Content production:
o Work closely with the Design, Art and Athlete teams to execute seasonal content needs based on brand initiatives.
o Travel on seasonal photo shoot and team trips as the “Producer”. Responsible for the planning and execution.
o Sort and color correct seasonal imagery.
• Manage Social Supply relationship:
o Worth with Social Supply to develop innovative, effective, on-going social media plan/strategy across all social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and more) and the O’Neill Men’s Blog
o Assure social execution is in line with departmental initiatives and goals.
o Measure and analyze effectiveness of social media campaigns to maximize results on a daily basis.
• Ecommerce:
o Work closely with art department and e-commerce to align marketing messages across all O’Neill web sites and social media platforms. Monitor all platforms to ensure a consistent and timely marketing message is conveyed.
o Coordinate and produce all O’Neill Men’s ecommerce newsletters. Coordinate featured product/athletes with Design Director and Team Manager, and assist with photoshoot production as needed.
o Manage e-commerce newsletter process.
• Digital Advertising:
o Manage media partner relationships.
o Assure brand advertising is produced and delivered on due dates.
