Job Title: 4 Months Temporary - Ecommerce Customer Service
Duties:
• Answering Ecomm chats, e-mails, and calls daily
• Following up with Ecomm voicemails
• Special Projects
• Reading ATS report
• Sending return call tags
• Reading cancel reports for Ecomm and notifying consumers
• Consumer replacements
• Entering and releasing orders to warehouse
