La Jolla Group is looking for an experienced and motivated Accounts Receivable Representative.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for timely and consistent collection of all receivables from our high volume, relationship based “core” accounts.
• High volume of collection related phone call and emails.
• Ability to maintain and strengthen important account relationship
• Strong cross-department functionality
• Must possess strong and proactive problem-solving abilities
• Accurate processing/posting of all wire, ACH, credit card, and check payments; including proper coding of all customer chargebacks/payment deductions
• Accurate and timely investigation and resolution of customer chargebacks/payment deductions
• Strong ability to reconcile customer payment, invoice, and shipping discrepancies
• Timely accumulation and processing of all shipping, purchase order, and invoice documents required by customers in order to expedite payment
• Accurate excel based reporting of account statistics as required
• Other duties as assigned
