AP Associate
Come join the La Jolla Group as an Accounts Payable Associate. We are looking for a team player that possesses the following talents and characteristics:
Responsibilities:
• Full cycle A/P processing
• High volume data entry, which requires 75-100 invoices keyed in per day
• Review invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment processing
• Weekly check run processing
• Continuous vendor and inter-office communications
• Maintain department files and documentation in accordance with company policy
• Reconcile vendor statements monthly
• Maintain monthly schedules
• Special projects as needed
Qualifications:
• Strong Communication and articulation
• Highly organized, accurate, and time management focused
• Extremely analytical with strong problem-solving skills
• Understanding of basic accounting principles
• Excellent customer service
• Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines under minimal supervision
• Systems intuitive
• Strong Microsoft Office knowledge, especially in Excel
