We are looking for a temporary eCommerce Customer Service Rep. The eCommerce Customer Service Representative will interact with our customers, providing information in response to products, orders, shipping and returns, while handling customer issues effectively and efficiently for all La Jolla Group brands, including O’Neill, Spiritual Gangster, PSD Underwear, and Hang Ten. The ideal candidate will be pleasant, upbeat, and service oriented with strong communication and organizational skills.
Essential Job Functions
• Provide support for online customers for all brands
• Daily Email, Phone and Live Chat
• Provide team support in a Call Center environment
• Meeting set KPI’s related to volume and quality of work
• Respond to all customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Address concerns and issues regarding online merchandise, orders, refunds & returns.
• Maintain positive, friendly, and professional interactions with both internal and external customers
• Other projects as needed within the eCommerce Department.
