Emerging Brands is looking for a highly motivated Graphic Artist. The candidate will be responsible for the following;
- O’Neill SMU men’s & women’s t-shirt graphics for each seasonal delivery.
- Hang Ten & Voyager men’s & women’s seasonal & monthly t-shirt graphics.
- Hang Ten & Voyager men’s & women’s seasonal prints.
Essential Job Functions
• Design graphics for Men’s, Women’s, and Kid’s apparel/tee lines that are consistent with O’Neill & Hang Ten brand image.
• Ability to create original textile graphic prints for apparel and graphic tees.
• Place prints in repeat with layers in a detail oriented and organized manner.
• Responsible for tech packs, pitch sheets, art sizing, BOM’s/PLM, and strike off comment reviews with Apparel Designers/Sales.
• Create visual SMU Cads as needed for Sales team.
• Create detailed artwork call outs with specifications on print technique, color swatches, etc.
• Undertake market research and analysis using key accounts, media, shopping, internet, travel, etc. to establish concept, color & textile concepts for seasonal designs.
