The overall propose of this position is to maintain all Line Plans and Set up (or import Line Plan) and maintain BOM in ERP, paying close attention to costs and season codes. Insure ERP data is updated and accurate at all times with ongoing maintenance throughout the season(s).
Provide Logistics support to insure finished goods are moved from suppliers, factories, freight forwarders and 3PL’s on a cost effective and timely basis
Principal Accountabilities:
Line plan
• Weekly review and clean up the LP.
• Work with Design to confirm all info is accurate. IE; duplicate style #’s, incorrect color codes, blanks info, patch info, pricing.
• Translate any changes to ERP.
• Maintain data integrity in line plan formulas
• Data merge
• Color/Size/BOM/Product Categories/Seasons/NRF Codes/Discontinued/Carry-overs
• Provide LP to other regions
ERP
• Seasonal line plan uploads: Maintain data integrity and provide line plan to AUS for upload.
• SMU style setup/color setup, and style maintenance
• Maintain pricing/season/phase
• Costing Updates; Maintain FOB, Wholesale and Retail costs/pricing
• Issue UPCs
• BOM setup and maintenance: US, Canada, Asia
• Misc data entry/data management as needed
Logistics
• Assist and support Logistics manager with most cost effective and timely movement of product
Required skills:
• Strong Excel skills required and ERP experience
• Ability to set priorities
• Good communicator; comfortable to deal with multiple interlocutors from various departments
