Job Description
We are looking to hire a full time Ecommerce Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate would be friendly, patient, positive, and capable of handling customer enquiries in a professional manner with excellent communication skills. This position offers the unique opportunity to work across all of our brands; Globe Brand, Salty Crew, Impala Skate, FXD, and Dot Boards. We are excited to welcome another driven individual who shares our passion for action sports and the outdoors.


• Provide outstanding customer service by responding to customer emails, phone calls, and assisting with customer service inquiries across social media channels in a timely manner.
• Process orders, returns, replacements, warranties, and refunds.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Fraudulent order prevention.
• Work with the Ecom team to execute and assist with special projects and brand initiatives.
• Assist with uploading new products with proper descriptions, images, and marketing content to meet seasonal deadlines.
• Assist with product maintenance and merchandising to keep websites in line with current marketing initiatives including but not limited to updating site imagery, creating new collections, and building landing pages.


• High School diploma, General Education Degree or equivalent.
• 1-3 Years of customer service experience and/or retail experience.
• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
• Must have the ability to work independently and be highly organized with clear and concise communication skills.
• Must be detail oriented and have the ability to shift gears quickly, multitask, and prioritize.
• Must exhibit a professional and courteous manner at all times.
• Must take full responsibility for individual actions.

Preferred Skills:

• College Degree.
• Experience with Zendesk or similar customer service engagement platform.
• Experience with Shopify Ecommerce platform.
• Experience with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and other social platforms.
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central.
