Globe International is seeking a seasoned independent sales rep for the Northern California territory. The categories this person will cover are: Globe Skateboards, Globe Low Velocity Apparel, and Globe footwear. Territory:
• Central & Northern California and Northern Nevada
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Communicates and follows up with customers on a daily basis
• Capable and willing to visit accounts on a weekly basis for meetings with potential and existing customers to present products
• Analyzes selling data and sell thru’s per category for optimal performance
• Manages store inventory on a regular basis
• Attends regional, national tradeshows and events when applicable
• Concise and detailed reporting
• Promptly submitting purchase orders for processing
• Attends and manages , demos, product seminars for retail staff when applicable
• Manage in store presentations for window store front and merchandise displays
• Identify potential customers through networking and following leads
Qualifications and Skills:
• Solid understanding of Surf/Skate/Snow/Boutique Apparel retail
• Wholesale experience in apparel, footwear and skate a must
• Reputable with a solid track record and relationships with key accounts in territory
• Knowledge of B2B and CRM software
• Proficient in retail math
• Ability to work independently
• Proven sales experience
• Exceptional customer service skills
