Job Description
The Social Media and Influencer Manager will be responsible for the next phase of RPM’s social media and brand awareness. This role will own all of the RPM social channels and be a key player in the management and execution of major influencer strategy related to campaigns, events, and marketing objectives. They will be responsible for overseeing, finding, and motivating brand ambassadors in building extensive influencer networks as well as growing already existing influencer relationships. This role will focus on building relationships and cultivating an authentic community around the RPM brand identity.

Some of the things you will do:
• Drive strategy and execution related to the influencer program
• Keep people invested in the RPM Training brand through creative seeding, partnerships, and establishing personal relationships
• Drive influencer strategy related to the planning and execution of product launches, major marketing campaigns, and experiential brand events
• Maintain and grow the RPM Movers and Makers program, featuring the artists and athletes that shape the brand
• Manage company’s social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, engaging and growing channel audiences
• Continue to build out and refine the framework for the RPM Ambassador program Plan, develop and execute the content marketing calendar
• Moderate user-generated content within the community
• Lead and engage in community outreach activities and events on behalf of RPMManage influencer-focused campaign project timelines
• Collaborate on copy and creative execution of collateral associated with all influencer-focused marketing campaigns
• Monitor and report on performance including UGC and social mentions, compiling noteworthy content for resharing (with explicit permission obtained) and potential partnership opportunities
• Implement creative and innovative influencer marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive brand engagement, and grow customer acquisition
• Work closely with RPM’s event coordinator to put on and exhibit at industry trade shows and events

• Able to connect with the community on a digital scale and also in-person
• Strategically engaged with, social media influencers in the health and fitness space
• Knowledgeable about the consumer and e-commerce landscape
• Adaptable and able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Self-starter with excellent attention to detail
* 4+ years of proven experience building communities online using a variety of platforms
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent
* Excellent writing and verbal communications skills
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Demonstrated and solid relationship and networking skills
* Ability and desire to travel up to 25% of the time
* Ability to build authentic, organic relationships and works hard behind the scenes to maintain them
* Comprehensive understanding of all social platforms
* Experience with nurturing and evolving a program In tune with influencer trends and pop culture
* Passionate about health and wellness
