We are a women's apparel brand in the ski & outdoor industry. Looking for a Strategic Sales & Key account manager to join our growing team.

We are searching for a strong accomplished Sales and Key Account Manager to help continue to grow the Brand and take Krimson Klover to the next level. We are looking for a hard-working passionate individual that understands the ethos behind a small company and who will be excited to be a part of everything that goes along with that. We are growing. Both in North America and abroad. And are putting together a team to further drive that.

The Sales & Key Account Manager position requires an analytical self-starter who is not afraid to take the initiative and develop constructive ideas. This is a target-based position with clear objectives. The objectives are to build the brand, increase revenue, improve profitability and promote growth across all channels.

Experience in the Ski & Outdoor industry a must. Strong experience working with key accounts a must.

Job Description

· Manage existing sales channels as well as identify and create new channels.

· Open new distribution and expand breadth of existing distribution.

· Manage all aspects of U.S. Sales team.

-Oversee our International Distributors.

· Create and drive annual and long-term strategic sales plans that will achieve top line sales growth. Create sales forecasts and goals.

· Identify, develop and manage Key Account sales. This includes department stores, catalog companies, online retailers as well as large specialty chains.

· Line presentations to key accounts.

· Manage Sales Calendar.

· Create sales reports and ensure sell-in and sell-through strategies are executed.

· Participate in design review and product planning.

· Work with creative team and marketing to develop merchandising strategy and retail support.

· Be a key spokesperson for the brand.
Requirements

· Possess advanced knowledge of merchandising, buying, and retail sales analysis.

· Knowledge of the outdoor industry, the department store and catalog channel, consumer buying patterns and retail dynamics to be credible and influential with customers.

· Proficient in statistical analysis.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to communicate and lead across all levels of the organization.

· Exceptional presentation / speaking skills.

· Strong ability to influence and persuade decision makers.

· Ability to operate independently.

· Bachelors Degree.

· 5+ years direct sales experience working with Strategic Accounts in the outdoor apparel industry.

· 3+ years sales management experience with proven success and results.

· Strong existing relationships with specialty and national retailers in the Ski, Outdoor and Fashion Industry desirable.

· High-level skills with database/spreadsheet programs and MS Office.
