The Customer Service Account Manager operates in a sales support capacity with the intention of providing “WOW” customer service to Korkers customers and prospective customers.
•Provide general customer service support to consumers & retail partners including: technical product information, order status detail, product availability, & general Korkers information.
•Manage Dealer Sales Order flow and general capacity on a weekly basis to ensure Korkers meets or exceeds monthly sales goals.
•Receive & distribute inbound phone calls, emails, faxes to appropriate office personnel.
•Enter accurate & detailed notes and reminders in Korkers CRM Database.
•Enter & confirm all orders within 24 hours of receipt, manage open orders to ensure timely delivery and communicate any delays or backorders to Sales Manager.
•Build relationships through both outbound and inbound communication with accounts and consumers.
•Identify potential add-on sales opportunities from inbound calls/requests and communicate opportunities to Sales Manager.
•Enter accurate & detailed notes/reminders in Korkers CRM Database.
•Provide regular territory and account specific sales reporting.
•Work with Sales team on seasonal direct mail and outbound phone blitz campaigns.
