Job Description
The Customer Service Account Manager operates in a sales support capacity with the intention of providing “WOW” customer service to Korkers customers and prospective customers.

Duties/Responsibilities include:

Customer Service
•Provide general customer service support to consumers & retail partners including: technical product information, order status detail, product availability, & general Korkers information.
•Manage Dealer Sales Order flow and general capacity on a weekly basis to ensure Korkers meets or exceeds monthly sales goals.
•Receive & distribute inbound phone calls, emails, faxes to appropriate office personnel.
•Enter accurate & detailed notes and reminders in Korkers CRM Database.
•Enter & confirm all orders within 24 hours of receipt, manage open orders to ensure timely delivery and communicate any delays or backorders to Sales Manager.

Sales Support
•Build relationships through both outbound and inbound communication with accounts and consumers.
•Identify potential add-on sales opportunities from inbound calls/requests and communicate opportunities to Sales Manager.
•Enter accurate & detailed notes/reminders in Korkers CRM Database.
•Provide regular territory and account specific sales reporting.
•Work with Sales team on seasonal direct mail and outbound phone blitz campaigns.

•People Person – You need to be able to charm the socks off just about everyone you meet. You’ll be fielding emails, phone calls, & social media requests from a variety of different types of customers & you’ll need to make a great impression right from the start.
•Systems Oriented – You’ll be involved in coordinating, organizing, and supporting our sales & marketing efforts working in variety of different software programs. This position requires someone who is extremely organized, able to multi-task, and excel in a fast paced environment.
•Self-Starter – We are a challenger brand & are looking for motivated, ambitious, & creative people who take initiative & solve problems without constant management.
•Tech Savvy – In addition to basic knowledge of Microsoft Applications- Word, Excel, Power Outlook, you’ll need to embrace and understand digital and social media marketing.
•Team Player – We need you to be ready and willing to help with all company sales and marketing initiatives at the drop of a hat. The right candidate for this job will be able to roll with the punches with a smile on their face!
•Passion for fly fishing and/or active outdoor sports is highly desirable.
•Minimum of 2 years of sales/customer service related experience.
•Experience with CRM Database, Microsoft Office, and Excel is required.
•Experience working in retail or consumer goods industries a plus.

Physical demands:
•Work is typically performed in normal office environment.
•Ability to communicate via phone & email at high volumes.
•Light lifting (under 50 lbs.) may be required periodically.
•Opportunity for some light domestic travel in support of retail events, trade shows, etc.
