The Role

Texino is seeking an experienced Sales Director who will play a key role in running a motivated team that achieves individual, team and organizational goals and KPIs. This position will report directly to the COO of the company. Ideal candidates must have a minimum of 5 years previous sales experience.

As the Sales Director, your responsibilities will include:

-Meet monthly forecast and sales volume and sufficient gross to meet profit objectives
-Managing, training, and directing a team of sales associates
-Maintaining a professional management style that sets the example for enthusiasm and accountability
-Assist sales associates in closing sales as needed
-Develop, execute and oversee strategies and plans to achieve the targets.
-Create and maintain accurate records and sales reports.
-Work all stages and aspects of the sales cycle — prospecting, research, outreach, creative ideation, pitching, negotiating, closing, account management
-Optimize sales process
-Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships
-Build rapport with customers to establish customer network
-Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
-Help manage all other aspects of the sales department
-Assist customers in selecting a campervan model by asking questions, listening carefully to responses, and guiding them through the process
-Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects
-Formulate sales scripts with sales associates and train associates on best sales practices
-Coordinate with supply chain department and campervan project manager to pass of relevant client information
-Understand and effectively utilize Hubspot as a resource for the sales department


Requirements

-Must be interested in training additional sales associates and work within a team environment
-Thrives in an environment without a set playbook, is excited to build a scalable, high-impact marketing program
-High level of understanding of the market
-Experience managing teams
-Good leadership skills and ability to motivate the sales team
-Ability to recognize and recruit sales associates who will be successful
-Comfortable with compensation based on salary plus commission sales
-Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday
-Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections and negotiating pricing
-Must be an articulate professional with excellent oral and written communication skills, with demonstrated experience in the ability to positively and creatively influence change and direction within professional environments
-Must have a clean and valid driver’s license
-Ability to pass pre-employment background check
-Campervan experience a plus
