WHO YOU ARE
You are a hyper-organized overachiever that enjoys establishing relationships and solving
problems. Excel sheets? No problem. Account management? You’re on it.

You are able to leverage industry contacts and cultivate long-term partnerships with major clients, functioning as the project lead in customer-facing business. You actively seek and identify opportunities to grow our network and company. You can manage our preexisting sales pipeline of cutting-edge, progressive companies and lead them to a more sustainable future.

As a fast-growing startup, our days are busy and our team works quickly. You are ready to dive into a collaborative environment, working with engineers and production managers to fully understand our capabilities and provide strategic solutions to excel beyond customer needs.

You are results-driven and a problem-solver, finding creative solutions to convert leads into sales. You are highly analytical and can deliver detailed reports to ensure we are on track to meet our sales goals throughout the year.

You are willing to put in the work to grow into a leadership role and contribute to the team via mentoring, marketing and other thoughtful leadership activities.

This is a fast-paced, high growth company with zero time to waste. WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead new and existing customer calls, and help guide customers to the appropriate
solution
- Develop existing customer relationships
- Create formal quotes for customers.
- Analyze data and create insightful sales reports
- Keep CRM up-to-date with client information and calls
- Keep projects and schedules running on time
- Assist leadership with project coordination & serve as a liaison between departments
- Recommend process improvements, both external and internal, that will increase pace
and efficiency of the sales cycle
- Deliver product feedback to management and R&D
- Cold calling & outreach to potential clients
- Conduct market research
- Stay up-to-date on sustainability trends and news

WHAT YOU HAVE
- BA/BS Degree or similar college level education
- At least 2-3 years of experience in an Sales Support / Account Management role
- Passion for the environment and sustainability
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
- Experience in fast-paced environments
- Strong technical aptitude to understand mechanisms of beauty and personal care
components
- Ability to effectively research and solve problems
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Close attention to detail
- Enjoys thinking both strategically and tactically
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience working in Hubspot (a plus)
- Shower on-site
