BAKS Distribution is the North American distributor for F-One & Manera, run by the same family, based in the south of France and well known for making innovative and premium products for surfing, kiting, winging and foiling. F-One designs, tests and produces the hardware gear you need to practice all these sports such as wings, foils, kites, and boards. Manera makes soft goods such as wetsuits so nobody has to get out of the water because they are cold or uncomfortable. F-One was born in 1996, Manera a little later being an offspring of F-One. We, as the North American distributor, have been in this business since 2006, and both of these brands are currently growing exponentially as they are widely recognized as leaders in their own markets.

Job Description - The Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting all aspects of our warehouse operations, including receiving shipments from our factories, maintaining inventory levels accurately at all times, processing daily shipments going to our dealers, and taking calls. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask and tackle all aspects of the daily routine like any other team member. Junior level candidates will be considered. This position could quickly evolve into a more customer facing position, and doing sales as well. Note that this position requires daily presence at the warehouse in South San Francisco.

Qualifications
- Having previous experience in retail and/or warehouse and/or in our industry
- Self-motivated team player with positive attitude and the ability to problem solve
- Lift 50+lb boxes
- Problem solving skills
- Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple levels of reporting
- Familiar with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Familiar with purchase order placement, management, tracking and invoicing
- General understanding of distribution center, customer and factory communication
- Critical thinking, initiative and composure in a fast paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational skills
- BA/BS preferred
