Sell waves, Surf waves.

Our surf pool sends waves 7 days a week until it's too cold to be be fun anymore. We need an individual who is motivated and self starting with a deep understanding of developing strong relationships with our customers who just want to come to Waco to froth out.

The recap:
Our ideal candidate will manage private surf, group surf, and corporate surf resort bookings. They will work closely with the marketing, sales and guest experience teams to design, price, sell and deliver extraordinary resort experience from first contact to guest departure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in destination travel, particularly in surf.

The responsibilities:
Driving sales growth throughout the various channels, with focus on private surf sales:
- Maintain existing clients whilst moving into new processes
- Capture and deliver on new clients
- Close private surf sales – with the additional add ons of public surf, lodging and additional activities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
Communicate across departments
- Execute on strategies delivered by the sales team
- Work with the marketing teams to push sales objectives
- Work with hospitality team to ensure high quality quest experience is delivered
- Prepare operational and financial sales departments reports
