Position Summary //
As Sr. Apparel Graphic Designer for Element you will be tasked with creating compelling graphics and prints that will be applied on premium products across all categories – from t-shirts and cut & sew to accessories and footwear. In this role you’ll be responsible for elevating the consumer experience by bringing to life seasonal brand stories through exceptional graphic design. In collaboration with the Art Director, you’ll use advanced design skills to explore original, innovative concepts that balance Element’s design ethos with emerging trends in order take the brand to new places.

Primary Responsibilities Include //
•Design and develop creative graphic solutions for Element softgoods ranging from t-shirt prints and patches/labels to repeat patterns
•Collaborate with Art Director to develop and execute seasonal deliverables as well as SMU/OMU products and special collaborative projects throughout the year
•Translate design direction and market research into graphic concepts that resonate with our consumer and reflect Element’s brand ethos
•Verbally communicate and present graphic concepts in team meetings
•Create presentation decks of graphic stories for key accounts
•Provide designs ready for commercialization to Production Artist for the creation of screen print, embroidery and trims tech-packs
•Conduct market research in order to understand our core consumer, know our competition and identify new graphic opportunities
•Foster strong cross-functional relationships within design and related functions
