Element is in search of an Independent Sales Rep to manage the Northern & Southern California Territory, for the Women's Apparel.
Sales Management //
• Assist in the revenue planning and style/SKU forecasting for national business annually & seasonally.
• Build comprehensive seasonal, customer-specific growth and assortment plan including SMU development and marketing initiatives.
• Manage complete sales process, including presentation, sampling, securing purchase orders and EDI’s
• Accurately plan and forecast the monthly, seasonal sales by division assuring proper BOM Stock/Receipt and margin plans for mutual profitability
• Maintain sales/stock/margin/receipt flow plans and action against accordingly and evaluate sell through reports weekly for the purpose of identifying opportunities and risk
• Work with VP of Sales to mitigate risks for vendor contra sale (MD, RTV, cancellations) assistance requests
Territory Management - South California //
• Present all seasonal collections including pre-lines, seasonal showings and category reviews.
• Build account relationships through daily communication with categorical buyers.
• Travel as needed to support regional account base
