About the job

The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will be instrumental in the growth of HEAD Sportswear in the North American market. This person will assist in sales & marketing initiatives, sales reporting, customer relations, and will be responsible for extending the brand by supporting key events and building relationships with industry partners, retailers, and consumers. This is an instrumental role in the growth of a ski-fashion line with lots of industry momentum.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

CREATIVE

• Assist in building creative adaptions for key media & partnership ads and email blasts (print and digital)
• Adapt and create promotional items, flyers, posters, and custom in-store imagery
• Handle media inquiries; provide descriptions, imagery, and coordinate shipping of product when applicable

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

• Manage development, shipments, and inventory of in-store POS marketing tools
• Manage development, shipments, and inventory of promotional materials to sales force
• Assist in coordinating regional and national tradeshows and industry partner events
• Assist in organizing sales meetings, product launch events, dealer focus groups, and other company events
• Manage all charitable donations and event prize certificate fulfillments
• Assist with various marketing activations in industry partnership agreements
• Maintain a well-organized Sportswear marketing storage area
• Maintain archive of industry publications & HEAD advertisements featuring HEAD Sportswear
• Assist Sales Director in Budget planning

SALES
• Become an expert in the HEAD Sportswear line
• Have the ability to present the new collections to buyers during winter market/selling season
• Help Sales Team to clinic retailers and staff throughout to ensure growth and sell-through of the brand
• Assist Sales Director in sales reporting using SAP & Essbase
• Communicate with buyers as needed by Sales Team
• Order entry & submission to customer service in collaboration with Sales Team
• Prep showroom for buying appointments
• Seasonally update/review descriptions and product images on head.com
• Assist our retail partners in accurately representing the HEAD brand both online and in-store
• Assist with seasonally building HEAD’s online Pro Platforms
• Maintain organization of all digital assets in BYNDER

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Undergraduate Degree
Previous experience in apparel sales is preferred

LANGUAGE SKILLS

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to edit documents for syntax and grammatical errors.
• Ability to speak effectively with customers or employees of organizations.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry over instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

COMPUTER OPERATIONS
Proficient personal computer skills, including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, Excel spreadsheets, Power Point, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, and SAP and Essbase reports.

TRAVEL
Overnight travel is required (up to 25%) to key events and to retail partners nationwide.
