FOX HEAD is in search of a Product Developer - Printable Tees to join the team in Irvine, CA
Position Summary //
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the entire development process from design concept through production. Experience in Knits/Printable T-Shirts is a major plus.
Essential Functions of this Role //
• Work closely with design and merchandising teams in early concept stages to develop products that meet company margins while maintaining design intent and quality.
• Work directly with domestic and overseas suppliers to insure they understand the product design requirements.
• Work closely with Technical Design team to maintain brand fit standards
• Attend fittings; provide proto, size run and confirmation sample approvals.
• Participate in proto review meetings w/ Development, Design and Merchandising team members
• Manage time and action calendar for assigned categories to meet all deadlines. Track and approve all necessary submits of artwork, trims and packaging.
• The Product Developer is the link between design, merchandising, technical design, planning and the factories, it is essential that all communication is accurate, complete, timely and professional.
