FOX HEAD is in search of a Director of Sales, covering Powersports to join the team in Irvine, CA.

POSITION SUMMARY //
The Director of Sales - Powersports reports directly to the General Manager of the United States region. S/he is responsible for the direction and management of all sales and business development operations for the entire US account base, including distribution and channel strategy, market competitiveness, leading teams and individuals, aligning cross-functional leaders and improving processes. The Director of Sales - Powersports is a critical owner and driver of US Wholesale’s revenue goals as well as customer acquisition & retention.

RESPONSIBILITIES //
Works closely with the GM, Regional Sales Managers, Merchandising and Marketing Directors to develop and implement channel and distribution strategies and programs.
2.Hires, supervises and develops 3 Regional Sales Managers and over 35 Independent Sales Representatives and Key Account Managers.
3.Active sales management of Regional Sales Managers and Independent Sales Representatives with clear visibility to revenue, category and profit goals.
4.Critical to continually develop and implement plans to drive market share growth for our core business through innovative account plans, in store execution, assortment planning and sales training.
5.Develop a focused and profitable apparel and accessory business across our key verticals and distribution channels.
6.Partners with both the Lifestyle and Mountain Bike Channel Sales Directors to develop a clear segmentation approach to our distribution channels that segments product assortments, in store investments and service levels.
7.Has direct involvement with large, high-profile wholesale accounts; assists with complex sales negotiations; delivers sales presentations and maintains key relationships with customers.
8.Develops focused and measurable strategies for new categories and consumers (for example, men’s and youth casual apparel and accessories)
9.Manages budgets and provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
10.Directly involved in the development and execution of sales training for new and existing employees.
11.Closely involved with the development and execution of compensation and sales incentive plans that support the goals of the business.
12.Leads the continuous improvement of processes and programs that enhance productivity, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
13.Key stakeholder in the development and adoption of sales technology including customer relationship management (CRM) and B2b platforms.
