FOX is in search of a Key Account Manager to join the team in Irvine, CA.

POSITION SUMMARY //
Fox Head, Inc. is searching for a motivated individual to be responsible for managing key national bike accounts. It is imperative that this individual be self motivated, able to work independently and efficiently. The Key Account Executive position has multiple responsibilities including sales planning and timely reporting. This position is located in the Fox Head Irvine, CA office.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES // include, but not limited to:

1.) Account Management: 45%
• Manage pre-determined national account base to achieve sales plan.
• Direct and coordinate all FOX resources (e.g. Marketing, advertising, merchandising, distribution, logistics, finance) to enhance the FOX, Bike Sales effort for the Key Accounts.
• Travel to accounts for meetings, presentations, line reviews etc. Cultivate relationships with key retailer personnel, e.g. executives, DM’s, buyers, marketing, logistics, in order to influence and execute the FOX strategic direction with the account.


2.) Team Management/HRP: 25%
• Manage/coordinate with team of Territory Sales Representatives on the execution of key account business processes and plans. Coach and counsel Territory Sales Representatives assigned to the account. Work closely with internal departments to ensure on time deliveries, order allocation and fulfillment. Provide input during preparation of semi annual and developmental reviews.

3.) Strategic Planning: 20%
• Maximize sales and brand management.
• Lead the process of Scenario Planning, Forecasting, Seasonal Initiatives (Internal Marketing Campaign), Business Analysis, Opportunity Identification, Retailer Mission (aligning retailer/Fox goals). Produce and Maintain Reports including Month/Year End Reporting.

4.) Communication: 5%
• Maintain a strong communication link to all areas of Regional and Corporate Management.
• Work within all divisions impacting the business, e.g. sales management, Accounting, customer service, operations, HR, logistics. Work with these groups to identify opportunities and acquire resources to execute initiatives.

5.) Meeting Planning & Budget Management: 5%
• Plan and organize all key account meetings related to business planning, products and corporate visits.
• Administer and manage a sales budget and process. This includes sample and other operational costs for the key account. Attend all major trade shows and sales meetings.
