SPY is seeking an energetic and motivated Receptionist. This position reports to the Customer Service Manager at our Carlsbad, California headquarters

The Receptionist greets and directs visitors, answers telephones, and performs general clerical and customer service work in support the customer service department. This position serves as the first point of contact with visitors and customers and provides assistance to individuals by responding to routine questions; providing general information; answering the main phone line; and performing general clerical duties such as data entry, typing and faxing.

Job responsibilities (including, but not limited to the following):
• Retail Lobby Sales
• Merchandise and clean displays upon request
• Assist in lobby sales and cash handling
• Run square lobby weekly sales report
• Answering phones and routing calls
• Greeting visitors
• Handle Customer Service Requests/Inquires
• Answering incoming calls regarding warranty processes, product inquiries and general customer service support
• Processing & distributing Return Authorizations and communicating company return policies
• Distributing replacement program codes/directions to consumers who fall outside of warranty guideline limits
• Provide consumer with product detail information
• Respond to customer emails or forward to appropriate CSR
• Assist in general inquiries and distribute to appropriate department/contact
• Processing employee orders
• Exporting orders/data entry/releasing orders/transferring from outside vendors
• Routing general company e-mails
• Placing outgoing calls
• Managing sponsored athlete accounts
• Ensuring the lobby is neat at all times
• Processing warranty RMA’s via phone/email/walk-in customers
• USPS Mail
• Processing all outgoing mail: Ensures that all mail goes out in a timely manner
• Postage
• Help the department out with miscellaneous tasks and assist in special projects upon request
• Continue to build and support SPY’s Smile High Club through unique experiences and authentic interactions.
• Miscellaneous projects from Manager
• Miscellaneous projects for other departments as needed with prior approval from Manager
