About the job
Offshore Lifestyle is a young and growing men's apparel/accessories brand in the outdoor, fishing space, looking to open new accounts across multiple channels of trade including, outdoor specialty, hunt/fish, marine, and lifestyle.
We are seeking driven, enthusiastic Outside Sales Representatives to join our team.
100% commission based with bonuses for opening new accounts. Multiple territories are available.
Sales Reps will be responsible for finding, creating, and nurturing strong relationships with shops via in-store visits, over the phone, via email, and at events.
• Excellent communication skills
• Relational sales experience and style
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently
• Ability to close sales while achieving a high level of customer satisfaction
• Confidence to overcome objections and convert interest into sales
• Effective written/verbal communication
• Experience in the fishing world is a plus, but not required
