We distribute premium spirits / brands of: tequila, whiskey, vodka, rum, gin, mezcal, and liqueurs

This person is responsible for assisting in the overall merchandise process from creation to execution as well as in-store merchandising visions across multiple distillery brands and categories to impact shopper behavior & engagement.

• Build, review, & analyze Bi- weekly sales reports, and create newsletters across distillery brands
• Hindsight end of year (EOY) product analysis and recaps
• Assist in defining and implementing action plans when needed to drive business
• Get feedback from distilleries on new collection launches, and in-season performance of categories; report on the findings
• Work cross-functionally with accounting to set up vendors and process payments across all distillery brands
• Work cross-functionally with legal to establish and complete all necessary vendor agreements
• Recommend opportunities to place reorders across all brands and categories
• Support Distillery MM on Weekly/Monthly Sales, Receipt and Stock forecasting. Use analysis to make accurate projections and present strategies to improve inventory productivity and sell-thru
• Analyze the market monthly and prepare recaps on competitive pricing, trends, market activities, and events. Create recommended markdown strategies
• Support assortment for new store openings and events
• Assist in the execution of our collaborative product development and assortment merchandising process.
• Participate and share new ideas to drive merchandise business strategy
• Recommend size break by SKU and by distillery based on past sales analysis, distillery feedback, and market opportunities
• Create and manage product launch tools: style set-up of all product details and attributes price tag creation, manage product photo and selling tools.
• Facilitate cross-functional order placement process
• Attend annual tradeshows with Distillery MM to track retail trends and innovation
