Position summary:
This position is responsible for ensuring the highest customer satisfaction level by providing support to the sales team. As part of the team, you will be required to wear many hats and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
The Sales Support Specialist ensures that all orders are processed in a timely manner. Key responsibilities include supporting the Sales + Marketing team, distributors, answering calls as well as inputting orders and arranging logistics.
Essential Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Answer calls – office support
• Develop rapport and positive working relationships with coworkers, customers, and distributors
• Support sales staff by completing and processing orders and keeping senior staff informed of any issues with delivery
• Support the order fulfillment process by working extensively with production personnel
• Facilitate both domestic and international logistics paperwork alongside the Shipping Department
• Other duties and projects as assigned by management
