blackcrows is an independent French Freeski brand from Chamonix, that designs skis, poles and technical outerwear. Founded in 2006 by pro freeskiers Camille Jaccoux and Bruno Compagnet, black crows was born out of a desire to collide beauty and efficiency into skis. We aim for the pleasure of senses through freedom and adventure. We believe that ski culture is a window to the world.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

blackcrows is looking for a Trade Marketing coordinator to manage and execute trade marketing plan across key accounts and other selected retail accounts across NA. This position will work closely with reps, suppliers, retailers and other partners to create a seamless brand experience in line with the global marketing calendar and plan.
You will work remotely in the Rockies or inter-mountain region with some travel required among the mountain regions of North America.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Deliver timely and on-budget execution of trade marketing strategies and tactics as defined in collaboration with NAMM with key accounts alongside the NA sales team and in line with global priorities.
• Coordinate creative and produce assets for a variety of campaigns across channels including digital and physical activations.
• Deliver and implement efficient and effective campaigns at POS, with partners as well as digitally
• Support US trade shows including budget and planning, materials production and sourcing, determination of key needs from reps for regional shows if no national show
• Define process with ops/ warehouse team for warehousing and distribution of POS, display fixtures, and other assets that need storage and central distribution strategy
• Assist Field Marketing team with visual merchandising of events and production of brand materials for specific needs
• Conduct post-event/campaign evaluations and understand ROI of efforts; report and share results and recommendations with NAMM and marketing teams


QUALIFICATIONS

Hard Skills
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in similar field, in the sports or ski industry a plus
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Experience in sourcing and producing promotional materials
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral, ready to pitch in where help is needed
• Ability to work in project mode, with a particular attention to deadline and budget respect
• Understanding and passion for skiing industry
