SnowSports Industries of America is in search of a Database Administrator to join the team in Park City, UT.
POSITION SUMMARY //
The Database Administrator is an integral part of the SIA team and will be responsible for providing oversight and development in the areas of database integrity, reporting and analysis, which encompasses all SIA databases (in-house and 3rd party).
Salary // $50,000 - $55,000 Annually, depending on experience
GENERAL DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES //
• Administer all databases (Membership, Buyer (Retail & Resort), Media, HubSpot, N200 Registration).
• Data maintenance and the import of records
• Provide reports, stats and other business intelligence/analysis
• Provide segmented lists for targeted marketing/sales campaigns
• Train staff to use databases/applications to add/delete/update/maintain data
• Develop and implement practices to ensure the cleanliness and completeness of data
• Oversee the management and maintenance of all payment processing systems
• Develop comprehensive strategies to incorporate effective electronic payments
• Maintain integration of our databases with HubSpot
• Oversee the optimal marketing automation system within HubSpot
• Oversee the integration of our databases with sites hosted by Sage
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of the databases
• Oversee the creation of new SQL code necessary to make the database(s) more efficient or in response to a specific request.
• Research, test, and implement improvements to expand the functionality and effectiveness of the database
• Analyze database trends and make recommendations with regard to member and prospect analysis, targeted list building approaches and data-driven marketing efforts
• Oversee the Snow Show and On-Snow Demo registration process via N200 Registration system from start to finish as well as all staffing necessary (including prep and onsite) staffing
• Other data services as may be requested
• Manage relevant vendor relationships including HubSpotand N200
• Make technical recommendations for email marketing/HubSpot utliization
