Position Overview:
The E-Commerce Marketing Manager reports to the department Senior Manager, Digital Marketing and E-Commerce and will be involved in all digital marketing initiatives including customer acquisition, website updates, social media and email communications.

As a part of the Marketing team you will be a member of a close-knit and enthusiastic group. To be successful you will have to be an excellent team-player, personable, hard-working and always ready to pitch in and help others. It is necessary to manage multiple projects and conflicting deadlines in a very fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions:
- Partner with Brand Teams to effectively line-up marketing initiatives in order to ensure a consistency in our message across social media, e-mail and alternative communication channels.
- Be a Web Merchandiser, and brand Ambassador to ensure our online catalog is aligned with brand requirements, and web UX best practices. Keep the website looking fresh.
- Develop comprehensive social campaigns to support new product launches, events and marketing and promotional initiatives.
- Own the E-Commerce store production schedules and product promotions.
- Manage master production calendar with project plans and schedules for site content delivery, ensuring all site assets, pricing and promotions are timely executed, up-to-date and approved for use within store.
- Track and evaluate site user behavior; make recommendations to improve user experience/usability and increase sales conversions.
- Write creative briefs and interact with internal resources for creation of marketing assets including banner ads, promos, email blasts, landing pages, etc.
- Communicates effectively with all stakeholders; anticipates and resolves issues regarding schedules and deliverables.
- Assist in the development of the overall marketing plan.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor Web sites.
- Identify opportunities for new marketing tactics, site-conversion functionality and improved user experiences.
- You are not afraid of creating or reading spreadsheets, and know how to turn numbers into something actionable.
