Thor MX, an industry leader in motocross performance apparel and protective equipment is seeking an experienced product specialist
to join our in-house marketing team.
This position will focus on the activation, coordination, and completion of tasks directly associated with sales and marketing objectives.
An ideal candidate would have experience with sales from both the dealer / rep, and brand perspective.
Applicant must possess excellent communication skills, understanding the brand message and effectively communicating that message to both our internal sales group and our dealer accounts. The candidate must also be an excellent listener, gathering information from the field for strategic planning purposes in conjunction with internal marketing, design, and operations groups.
This position requires excellent organizational and clerical skills, strong communication, network and writing skills and solid insight into the powersports market and core demographic.
Candidate must be energetic, highly motivated, and service oriented.
The successful candidate will be able to work within internal policies to provide our reps, dealers and consumers with a satisfying and positive experience. Candidate must be able to effectively negotiate sales and service concerns, complaints and suggestions via email, phone, or in person.
Applicants must be organized and able to automate sales and service procedures and accurately complete order entry and administrative projects.
Individual must be able to travel (25 - 30%), and be comfortable in giving product presentations to both large and small groups.
