We are currently seeking an International Logistics Coordinator!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Other duties may be assigned)
The primary functions of this position will consist of coordinating international shipments and oversee multiple international 3PL locations including the following:
• Act as main point of contact for all international 3PL partners across several business lines
• Collaborate with inventory planners and overseas buying team to monitor inbound shipments to multiple international 3PL locations
• Assist with coordinating any inbound documentation requirements needed to ensure smooth transit and customs clearance
• Process transactions to ensure our ERP system is synched with our 3PL partners
• Coordinate outbound orders with sales teams and our international 3PL partners to ensure on time shipments to our customers
• Perform monthly reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy is maintained in our ERP system
• Use problem-solving skills to locate and correct any inventory issues that may occur.
• Resolves problems concerning over-shipments, shortages, and cancellation of orders.
• Maintains positive open lines of communication with Bravo management & staff, factories and factory liaisons to ensure information flow and efficient operations.
