Job Description
Seeking a highly motivated, innovated Senior Sales Manager to join the Sales Team focusing on the Mass Market, Sporting Goods, Value/Grocery, and E-Commerce sales channels. This is a hands-on position that will have direct account and growth responsibility. The position will report to the Vice President of Sales for these channels.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and achieve strategic sales plans and target revenues for customer accounts
• Pursue new business via new product placement and/or new customers/channels
• Develop strong relationships and grow the existing customer base
• Lead and set the direction for internal customer planning and customer line reviews
• Responsible for realizing sales and profitability budget
• Coordinates resources, planning, and communication with cross-functional teams
• Establish short term and long-term strategies that mirror and lead the corporate direction.
• Deliver to planning team accurate forecast to drive inventory purchasing decisions
• Manage, drive & hold accountable external Sales Reps and holding accountable for performance
Required Experience:

• 5+ Years of sales management experience with direct account responsibility
• Experience in Consumer Products, Sporting Goods preferred
• Established retailer experience with existing relationships & contacts preferred
• Proven track record of new business development
• Proactive, self-motivated with a proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales objectives
• Experience in managing external sales rep force and holding accountable for performance
• Maintain effective communication and ability to present clearly and effectively.
• Provide solutions-oriented feedback and actions plans
• Strong and effective communication, analytical and presentation skills
• Must have a strong worth ethic, high energy and enthusiasm for sales
• Proven ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast paced, high performance sales environment
• College degree preferred, additional degree & accreditations a plus
• Southern California candidates preferred, but regional candidate considered
• Customer travel required along with occasional Bravo headquarter travel (Los Angeles)
