Key Accountabilities
Support Senior Merchandising Manager on the execution of all merchandising functions, including managing sales, seasonal orders, product training, product delivery, Special Project end-of-life management
Participate in the translation of WW vision at Regional level during sales campaigns based on Regional priorities and Hub specificities
Monitor sales, Sell-Through situation and initiating appropriate business strategies to achieve category results
Constant management of category inventory, delivery and re-order situation
Collaborate closely with key stakeholders Brand & Client Engagement, Retail Development, Visual Merchandising, Store Planning teams to promote business opportunities
Partner with the Client Engagement team to support activations surrounding new collections i.e. High Value events, Top Client previews, OTOs, Trunk Shows
Work closely with Retail Training team to co-ordinate seasonal product training and trend information to the store community & Heads of Departments
Support the delivery of detailed and regular (monthly) category business reviews with HQ
Co-operate with HQ on timely product feedback and needs including strategic pricing, market and client trends, competitor new developments, and precise requests / opportunities for next collection
Spend time in stores and closely monitor the client behaviour and Hub specificities
Key Requirements
Degree / Diploma in Fashion Design, Merchandising or Business
Minimum 5 years’ experience in fashion merchandising with international fashion / luxury brand, WLG experience is preferred
Exceptional fashion and market sense with solid experience with Asian markets
Budding people enabler, passionate about peer-coaching and developing a small team
Impactful communicator / influencer
Excellent presentation and analytical skills
Team player and energised by cross-functional team work
Able to be agile, fast and work under high pressure
Overseas travel is required
