We are currently seeking a Real Estate Manager to join our Singapore office, reporting to the Head of Real Estate, SEAP. This position contributes to Kering and its Houses by supporting the real estate strategy and activities in Southeast Asia, the Pacific and India.
How you will contribute
Support all real estate operations and activities in the region
Monitor and evaluate commercial terms and lease provisions for retail, offices, and warehouses, including new stores, renewals, closures, expansions, relocations, storage, temporary and popup stores
Support in providing strategic input on lease negotiations, deal priorities and compliance
Develop strong working relationships with Kering brands, Finance and Legal
Act as the point of contact and “knowledge-bank” of Kering real estate projects, industry activities and competition in the region
Support the analysis of the markets in the region and recommendations for Kering brands’ retail network in alignment with the brands’ strategies
Coordinate the real estate database, reports, and memos and ensure that all stakeholders receive timely, accurate and comprehensive information to facilitate discussion, planning and decisions
Support the team in producing systems, tools and processes that improve Kering Real Estate effectiveness
Develop and, or expand the network of landlords, retailers, consultants and peer brands

Who you are
With at least 5 years’ professional real estate experience working with landlords and/or retailers, preferably in luxury business
Experience in Southeast Asia, India & Pacific
Business acumen with deep interest in real estate and luxury fashion
Extensive landlord and retailer network
Understanding of real estate strategies to drive market and brand shares
Strong analytical and negotiating skills
Strong executive presence, excellent interpersonal, presentation and influencing skills
Entrepreneurial spirit and source of proposals
Personality and professionalism to be able to operate within a large parent organization, balancing corporate demands and uniqueness of brand requirements
Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Written, verbal and visual communication effectiveness
