Founded in 1961, Yves Saint Laurent was the first couture house to introduce the concept of luxury prêt-à-porter in a 1966 collection called ‘Rive Gauche’, synonymous with youth and freedom. This shift represented a first critical step in the modernization of fashion and revolutionized the socio-cultural landscape.
In 1999, the luxury goods division of the Kering Group acquired Yves Saint Laurent and, under the creative direction of Anthony Vaccarello since April 2016, continues to position the house at the summit of the luxury universe.
Today, Saint Laurent collections include women’s and men’s ready-to-wear, shoes, handbags, small leather goods, jewelry, scarves, ties and eyewear.
ROLE
Au sein du département Supply Chain de Saint Laurent, le/la Chef de Projet est chargé(e) de piloter efficacement des projets d’amélioration de la chaine logistique et de planification afin de soutenir les objectifs de croissance de la Maison (50% logistique/ 50% planning). Dans le cadre du développement d'une organisation logistique à la fois complète (flux amont et flux aval multi-canal) et internationale, le/la Chef de projet collabore avec tous les départements et acteurs clés de l’entreprise, notamment l’Informatique et la Finance. Côté planning, il/elle animera des cercles de travail allant du Merchandising planning, Supply planning, Production, Distribution à l’informatique sur des projets transverses, de la définition/ revue des process jusqu’à sa réalisation dans un outil commun (Anaplan).
MISSION
Piloter des projets transverses de transformation de l’entreprise (déménagement d’entrepôt, déploiement d’un nouvel ERP, nouveaux process de Reverse…)
Cadrage des projets (objectifs, business case, équipe...) et contribution à l’élaboration de la roadmap Supply Chain
Être garant du planning projet et anticiper les risques associés
Collaborer fortement avec les autres départements de l’entreprise et avec Kering pour suivre l’avancée des projets
Définir les nouveaux processus métier et analyser les impacts des projets sur les différents départements de l’entreprise
Veiller à la continuité du service logistique pendant toutes les phases des projets
Animer les différentes instances de pilotage
Focus particulier sur la réalisation/ évolution des process transverses et outils de planning, de la prévision de vente jusqu’à la distribution, en passant par la production. Collaboration avec plusieurs départements, besoin de développer les connections
PROFIL
Formation Master Bac+5 d'une école d'ingénieur, supply chain, etc.
Expérience solide (5 ans +) en Supply Chain et gestion de projet, idéalement dans le conseil
Indépendant(e), fort collaborateur, et capacité à s’adapter
Rigoureux, avec un esprit de synthèse développé
Motivé(e) par les résultats, proactivité, et force des propositions et des solutions
Fortes compétences organisationnelles et analytiques
Excellente connaissance d'Excel et d'autres applications MS Office. Connaissance d’Anaplan est un plus.
Anglais et français courant. Italien serait un plus.

ROLE
Within Saint Laurent's Supply Chain department, the Project Manager is responsible for effectively leading supply chain improvement and planning projects in order to support the House's growth objectives (50% logistics / 50% planning). As part of the development of a logistics organization that is both complete (upstream flow and multi-channel downstream flow) and international, the Project Manager will collaborate with all the departments and key players in the company, in particular IT and Finance. On the planning side, he/she will lead workshops ranging from Merchandising Planning, Supply planning, Production, Distribution to IT on cross-functional projects, from the definition/review of processes to their implementation in a common tool (Anaplan) .
MISSION
Manage cross-functional business transformation projects (warehouse relocation, deployment of a new ERP, new reverse processes, etc.)
Guiding projects (objectives, business case, teams...) and contribution to the development of the Supply Chain roadmap
Responsible for project planning and anticipating associated risks
Collaborate closely with other departments of the company and with Kering to monitor the progress of projects
Define new business processes and analyze the impacts of projects on the various departments of the company
Ensure the continuity of the logistics service during all phases of the projects
Animate the various steering bodies
Particular focus on the creation/evolution of cross-functional processes and planning tools, from sales forecasting to distribution, including production. Collaboration with several departments, need to develop connections
PROFILE
Master's degree in engineering, supply chain, or similar field
Solid experience (5 years +) in Supply Chain and project management, ideally in consulting
Independent, strong collaborator, and ability to adapt
Rigorous, with a developed spirit of synthesis
Motivated by results, proactive, solutions oriented and strength of proposals and solutions
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Excellent knowledge of Excel and other MS Office applications. Knowledge of Anaplan is a plus.
Fluent French & English. Italian would be a plus.
