YOUR ROLE
As part of the Boucheron team you will train sales associates across the region to develop Maison, Product, Technical knowledge and selling skills to enrich the client journey & experience and improve retail performance. On the floor follow up of the trainings shared so as ensure implementation. Encourage and establish learning culture in boutiques through floor training & coaching sessions.
YOUR MISSIONS
Assess the teams’ individual learning needs and performance to develop and align with concerned parties on short, mid & long-term training and development plans
Analyze Mystery Shopping & “Voice of the client� results and individual KPIs of the sales team to identify areas of development and plan for necessary support
Contributes to define the training calendar with the Retail Excellence Manager based on learning needs / retail excellence projects / partners requests / strategy for the Middle East
Roll-out training programs as per training calendar (onboarding of newcomers, product & client experience training)
Support team on the floor through follow up sessions to enhance client service, storytelling and selling techniques in accordance with the Boucheron way
Coordinates on the translation of training materials for the Middle East and to the organization of training events
Follow up with team on completion of the modules on the E-learning platform
Update and extract periodic reports on on-line, in-class trainings & mystery shopping results
YOUR PROFILE
Minimum 4 years of related work experience with minimum 1 experience in the luxury industry
A Bachelor's degree
Strong facilitation and empathy, genuine interest for people
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Computer literacy
Willing to travel frequently
Demonstrate ability to influence, strong follow-up skills
A retail experience is a plus
Reliable team player, accountable for delivering results and ready to help the team
Language proficiency in both English and Arabic
