We are currently looking for a brilliant and passionate Sustainable Operations Specialist, as part of our team based in Scandicci.
Your opportunityÂ
Â
Within the Kering Sustainable Operations Team, the Sustainable Supply Chains Specialist is responsible for driving the operationalization of the Kering Sustainability Strategy and Standards in the different materials supply chains, engaging external stakeholders and coordinating internal ones, with the aim of enhancing the sustainability of Kering suppliers and of improving the sustainability performance of our worldwide supply chains.Â

How you will contributeÂ
Collaborate with Sustainability Team to implement sustainable operations programs in process area (MRSL Program, Chemical Management, Water stewardship) according to the sustainability strategyÂ
Engage with external Brands and stakeholders in different working groupsÂ
Manage data collection campaigns within the supply chainÂ
Support as an expert data analysis on environmental topics (i.e. resources efficiency, circularity, certifications, chemical management)Â
Prepare environmental reports based on data analysisÂ
Deliver trainings to suppliers on different topics and support them in process innovation and sustainability topics in generalÂ
Â
Who you areÂ
You have technical master's degree and proven experience in sustainability related positionsÂ
You have project management skills and you can move and act in interdisciplinary fieldsÂ
Experienced in at least one of the sustainable operations topics (Chemical Management, Water stewardship)Â
You have excellent analytical and logical skills and high self-discipline in manipulating data (work with database, excel sheets. PowerBI is a plus)Â
You have self confidence and “can doâ€?-attitude, you can organise and carry on the work autonomouslyÂ
You are very good at communication and problem solving Â
You are a proactive team player, with positive attitudeÂ
You are fluent in English and Italian, both written and spokenÂ
