We are currently seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to join the Global Media Team in the Kering Communication Department in Paris.
Your opportunity
With this temporary role (1 year) you will have the chance to join the Kering Group and work with all our Maisons, managing relationship & all the key projects and tasks about performance marketing channels with brands, key tech partners, and our agency.
How you will contribute
Your role will be to accompany Kering brands in their acceleration and optimization of Performance media investments, to integrate SEA & Affiliation into our full-funnel Media-Marketing strategies at Global level.
In particular, you will:
Manage performance marketing agency (contract, scope, relationship, performance and deliveries etc) across paid search, affiliates and other channels (as requested)
Negotiate and manage group contracts, ensuring appropriate SLAs are in place
Support Brands with benchmarks & analysis, best practice, cross-brand KPIs, tools & reports
Hold knowledge sharing days with global media partners (e.g. Google, Facebook etc) and brands
Act as internal consultancy as desired by brands to support on brand activities (e.g. budgeting, channel spend, performance etc.)
Accelerate our brands presence on APAC specific platform (Baidu, Yahoo, Naver…)
Support brands on best practices for full-funnel optimization, aligning between low and high-funnel activity
Moreover, you will also:
Proactively research and keep up to date with innovation in the performance media and marketing space around the World
Identify new tools and services that could support performance marketing activities, and if required, set up and negotiate with new providers
On brands request, conduct specific screening for specific tools / services, and share to the wider organization
Who you are
You have a solid Performance marketing expertise in a senior role (brand and/or agency side | at least 5yrs) with a detailed knowledge of digital performance marketing channels (paid search, shopping, affiliates and wider PPC digital adv).
You’re results driven with strong project management skills.
You’re a problem solver with a can-do attitude and strong analytic skills.
You’re able to deal and build relationships with key internal & external stakeholders at all levels.
You have good communication skills. English is mandatory, French and Italian are a plus.

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) Performance Marketing Manager pour intégrer l’équipe Media Globale au sein du Département Communication de KERING à Paris.
Votre opportunité
Grâce à ce contrat d’un an, vous aurez la possibilité de rejoindre Kering et de travailler avec toutes les maisons du Groupe. Le poste vous permettra d’établir une relation avec les experts des Marques autour de projets clé du marketing à la performance. Vous serez en contact avec nos partenaires technologiques et notre agence média.
Comment vous allez contribuer
Votre rôle sera d’accompagner les marques du Groupe dans l’accélération de l’optimisation de leurs investissements en Performance digitale, en particulier sur le Search et l’Affiliation au travers d’une stratégie full-funnel internationale.
En particulier, vous aurez pour attriutions ;
Le management de l’agence média (contrat, scope de travail, relation, performance et livrables) sur le Search, l’Affiliation et les autres channels performance
La négociation et l’exécution des contrats Groupe afin de garantir une qualité de service (SLA)
Soutenir les Marques au travers la comunication de Benchmarks, d’analyses et de bonnes pratiques autour des KPIS et des outils
L’organisation de points de partage cross-marques avec les partenairs clés (exemple : Google, Facebook)
Le positionnement en tant que consultant pour les Marques pour les soutenir au mieux dans leurs activités (exemple : budgétisation, dépenses par canal, performance, etc)
L’accélération de la présence des marques en APAC sur des plateformes-clés (Baidu, Yahoo, Naver...)
La communication de bonnes pratiques autour de stratégies full-funnel équilibrées
