Your opportunity
We are currently seeking an HRIS and C&B Manager as part of our HR team in our office in Milan.
How you will contribute
Guarantee the management and the development of the Group HRIS (Workday).
Maintaining people data integrity in the system and support integration with other Group platforms.
Overseeing all system upgrades and system additions in partnership with the Group HRIS community.
Guarantee collection and application of talent data to improve critical talent and business outcomes.
Develop data-driven insights to inform talent decisions and improve people processes and experience.
Design and implement reward systems aligned with the business strategy.
Implement competitive and sustainable reward actions in order to support company growth.
Work across business functions in order to provide recommendation for action (engagement, retention, …).
Review and evolve job evaluation processes in alignment with Group guidelines and policies.
Implement sustainable benefits guidelines and platforms, monitoring value and satisfaction.
Who you are
Degree in Business Management or similar.
5+ years of experience in structured and globally present organizations.
Fluent in Italian & English
Enthusiastic, imaginative, empowered.
Result oriented, resourceful, and accurate.
Team-player and effective communicator.
Analytical capabilities and critical thinking skills.
Project Management, able to coordinate multifunctional activities and information flows.
