We are currently seeking a Key Account Intern who will report to the Key Account Manager Spain as part of our dynamic team in Barcelona.
Your opportunity
The Key Accounts Intern will have the possibility to support the KAM for managing and developing the business with the main Top Accounts of the country by building and implementing sales and trade marketing plans with each of them.
How you will contribute
Collect and analyse customer sell-out reports.
Support in proposing the best core assortment and sales marketing activities in collaboration with the KAM.
Monitor service level and order fulfilment rate for customers, e.g., collaborative planning, automated replenishment.
Contribute to order collection and management in collaboration with customer service and logistics department.
Ensure maximum customer service and follow-up of orders and deliveries.
Assist the finance department with invoice, debit and credit note requests.
Support in building joint sales and marketing plans with major customers.
Who you are
Degree in Business Administration or similar.
Language requirements: Spanish, English. Italian is a plus.
Advanced MS Office skills especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytic skills.
Sales driven with the ability to expand business and analyse and identify new opportunities.
Dynamism, Focus on results, Problem solving, Teamwork and enthusiasm
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
