Role MissionThe Gucci Watches and Jewelry Client Advisor is the “Gucci Ambassador” responsible for inspiring confidence, credibility and enhancement of the watches and jewelry selling ceremony through the intricate and fascinating storytelling of the House.  The Watches and Jewelry Client Advisor has a deep knowledge of these categories, displays passion, and constantly promotes the philosophy and values of the brand.Key AccountabilitiesConsistently achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals, enhancing and developing the business;
Is the store ambassador for Watches and Jewelry;
As the best-in-class expert for the Watches and Jewelry categories, maintains and promotes a high level of focus and interest of the category by leveraging daily briefings and newness arrivals or key seasonal moments (i.e., Mother’s Day, V-day, holiday season);
Attend all training programs (products, selling ceremony, GIA);  
Work as a team player with other Client Advisors to develop a solid client base for these collections;
Support watches and jewelry one-to-one and enhanced appointments in store, and if needed, during off-site special events;
Partner with the management team to ensure appointments are well prepared for and executed;
Regularly follow up with the team regarding new watches and jewelry opportunities;
Maintain stock integrity by ensuring levels that reflects sizes needed;
Ensure visual displays are maintained, refreshed and newness is represented;
Adhere to Gucci image standards, uniform, and guidelines;
Follow all company policies and procedures.
Key Requirements5+ years of luxury fashion sales experience preferably in a similar role or customer service setting;
Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results;
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
Strong organization and follow-up skills are essential;
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes, evenings, weekends, and holidays;
Confidence in leading high-end appointments with the ability to convert sales;
Personal interest and passion for watches and jewelry, high jewelry, and high watchmaking.
