We are currently seeking a Compensation & Benefits Manager, based in Milan, to join our Corporate C&B team.

Your opportunity
The Corporate Human Resources team responsible for supporting and managing the 2,750 Kering Corporate employees based across both Group and regional headquarters of Kering
The Corporate C&B Team is one of the centres of expertise that serve four different HR teams dedicated to the Group’s major corporate functions (Finance, Operations, Human Resources, Communication, IT, Digital, etc)
The Corporate C&B Team is hiring a Compensation and Benefits manager who will support the teams based in Italy and Switzerland
How you will contribute
Job mapping & Benchmark
You ensure the reliability of the positions mapping in the Corporate organization with regard to the Group's Job Catalogue and advising the HRBPs how best to use it

You participate in the sector's remuneration surveys with a view to having up-to-date benchmarks

You analyze external competitiveness of the corporate employees, propose and work on action plans when required

You develop and recommend compensation packages, where required, for external recruitment or internal mobility

Compensation review process
You coordinate and manage the annual salary review process for Italian and Swiss based corporate teams, in alignment with Group policies and processes by:
recommending the increase budgets

ensuring all information contained in the HRIS database and monitoring the progress of the submission of proposals

providing relevant benchmarking data for each function and helping to identify salary adjustments where necessary

carrying out post salary review campaign analyses for the Kering Operation teams (global basis)

coordinating the processing of salary review decisions by the HR Shared Services

Benefits
You implement, monitor, and evaluate the benefits programs in your scope

You monitor Italian/Swiss tax and social legislation, as well as market trends regarding the management of benefits and compensation

International Mobility
You are responsible for the proper implementation of the international mobility policy and compliance with regulations for the transfers from/to Italy and Switzerland

You prepare packages, advise HRBPs on the implementation of the mobility process and coordinate the administrative aspects of mobility

Projects
You ensure a proper communication and understanding of the Group Compensation & Benefits policies to HR, managers, and employees

As part of the Corporate C&B team, you play an active role in the different initiatives led by the Group C&B team, such as the harmonization of core benefits for the largest countries or the evolution of the long- or short-term incentive schemes

You liaise with Group C&B teams and actively contribute to local projects whenever these may impact Italian or Swiss Corporate employees

You take part in best practice sharing organized by the Group C&B community

Who you are
You have a solid experience as a C&B manager role

You are an expert in the Italian compensation market and legislation (especially in taxes)

You have a strong knowledge of job evaluation methodologies

You’re a professional with strong analytical, ownership and accountability skills

You have expertise in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)

You’re an excellent communicator at all levels in the organization

You have unquestioned personal integrity with strong ethics and values consistent with Kering’s culture and values

You’re results-driven and capable of working independently, organized, and accurate with solid methodological skills and high attention to details

You’re a strong team player able to reach objectives and work under tight deadlines

You’re fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
