We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Specialist  to join the SAP expertise center team based in Wayne, NJ office in the United States.

KERING has launched a global program for the implementation of a global ERP based on SAP tools for the entire group and its subsidiaries. The objective of this program is to harmonize and simplify Kering's business processes and to simplify the group's information systems landscape. This program includes the replacement of old IT systems with a single ERP platform that will better integrate and digitize the value chain. Key features are implemented with this program such as omnichannel sales, global inventory visibility and real-time inventory management (ATP), as well as an optimization of business management processes. The ERP solution is integrated with existing IT solutions and provides an agile and scalable IT platform for the group's future growth and innovation needs.

Within our SAP Expertise Center, the SAP application support team oversees corrective and evolutionary maintenance services for applications vis-à-vis the operational entities using our global ERP. We are looking to strengthen the SAP support and maintenance team. Our goal is to provide services to our users with a high level of quality and 24/7 time zone coverage for Kering stores and sites deployed around the world.

Your role will be to manage and deliver corrective and scalable support services on our SAP applications in the logistics supply chain with our partner AMS (Application Maintenance Services) based in Europe and the Philippines. Thanks to your expertise in SAP supply chain processes, you will contribute to the implementation of a robust solution adapted to Kering's business needs for the omnichannel distribution of our products.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
Coordinate the support activities in the field of supply chain with our partner AMS (application Maintenance Services) and the regional application centers (which will be implemented after the deployment)
Collect the business needs for the development requests of the solution
Manage the portfolio of change requests in the field of logistics
Depending on the needs of the business that you will analyze, you participate in or validate the functional specifications of change requests
Ensure the follow-up of deliveries from our partner AMS and you contribute to acceptance tests and functional validation of new developments delivered by AMS
You organize the delivery of evolutionary maintenance releases for your domain
You oversee monitoring changes made to the SAP organizational structure on supply chain processes (Opening of distribution centers/warehouses, integration of new e-commerce sites, opening of companies, etc.
You ensure that the portfolio of tickets (Incidents, Service Requests and Change Requests) in the field of logistics, is managed in accordance with the service commitments of our partner AMS
You participate in ticket priority reviews, escalation management and the proper integration of services with other areas (Retail, Finance, Master Data)
You participate in service reviews with the main business users, representatives of the regional and global SAP expertise center
WHO YOU ARE
Motivated achiever with 10+ years of diverse progressive business and technical experience in ERP Implementation, Rollouts, and Upgrades

Experience in design global B2B & B2C processes for fortune 500 companies from requirement gathering to implementation and support of project deliverables.
With the fashion industry experience in the Supply Chain and in the field of Team management, you should be able to : -define and communicate key delivery milestones and collaborate with the broader team and PMO.
translate complex business operations to SAP solutions.
facilitate cross-functional workshops and drive decisions with the Brands and IT together.
Build collaboration between the Brand/business and IT.
Lead and guide the team for complex implementations, rollouts, and support assignments.

You are customer oriented and possess:
The ability to identify and analyze complex issues and develop solutions to a variety of problems.
15+ years of experience in ERP Implementation and Rollouts in SAP including SAP AFS, FMS and S4 Fashion in the area of Supply Chain (P2P, OTC, WMS)
Subject Matter Expert in SAP's Logistics, Sales and Distribution, Inventory Management. Knowledge in Retail and CAR modules is a plus.
Experience of 6+ years of SAP roll outs in Supply Chain, Retail and Wholesale specific to retail industry
Five plus years of Cross functional experience is preferred
Experience on integration between SAP and non-SAP solutions (warehouse management system) with third party solution providers will be added advantage
Hands-on experience in supporting Omni-channel sales with Business to Customer (B2C) for seamless customer experience in Retail stores as well as an Ecommerce platform and integration with Order Management system right from Order placement to fulfillment.
Knowledge of Solution Manager is a definite plus
Knowledge of ticketing solutions (Service Now, Jeera, Confluence, SharePoint) for the support of applications to effectively support the business operations is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to accurately document, report and present your analyzes and recommendations;
Good interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of employees, management and external contacts;
The ability to work independently or as part of a team, as the ability to work to adapt to different working hours when needed.
