We are currently looking for a WW Logistics Incident Manager who will report to the Supply chain and logistics quality Director and will be part of our team based in TRECATE (Novara).

Your opportunity
You will be a key driver for the transformation project aiming at designing an effective management process for any incident that could occur along the logistic processes at worldwide level, securing that operational or system issues are managed in due time. Your role will be instrumental in building a strong quality system, tools and processes to support our supply chain and logistic organization.
With your team, you will act as a unique contact point to address and respond to the above-mentioned type of incidents, coordinating actions, follow up and reporting with the various stakeholders.
How will you contribute
Support the quality of our operations implementing a worldwide structured incident management process leveraging IT tool and current organization

The design of the process will include incident identification and clustering, incident alerting and escalation, incident investigation - comprehensive of diagnosis of type, cause and definition of appropriate remediation steps, incident resolution and closure

Consistently work to keep remediation actions moving forward to prevent occurrence through the coordination of ad hoc projects and best practices sharing

Coordinate the deployment of the processes across our logistic functions

Secure adequate communication is put in place with our stakeholders (top management and customers)

Support with your team the daily operations, in our central warehouses and within our regions, by priorizing high risk incidents and coordinating the business and IT team as needed

Manage on a daily basis the team of incidents’ engineers and project managers, ensure and organize business continuity and ramp-up

Pave the road to become a quality certified supply chain and logistic organization

Who you are
You have a master’s degree preferably in engineering, business management or similar fields

You have at least 5 years’ experience including 2 years’ experience in Operation management, preferably in the Supply Chain, Logistics area, in a management position

You are result-driven, proactive, with excellent decision-making skills and ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate the highest impact tasks

You have a strong ability to promote analytics and deliver results based on data, with a hands-on approach. Knowledge of Excel and BI tools is mandatory, robotic process automation a plus

You have exceptional communication skills both written and verbal, with strong attention to details, you are at ease working with teams from multiple fields (transport, IT, Operations and beyond)

You have a good understanding of IT operational processes, software development paradigms and IT architecture

You have a strong business acumen and the ability to ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction

You are an effective team player and leader, but also self-motivating to bring tasks to completion independently within specified timelines. You promote a safe environment for your team to grow and to support Kering Supply Chain and logistics results

You enjoy working in a high-paced environment

Fluent in English and Italian (both written and spoken)
