We are currently seeking a highly skilled in-house optician to join our dynamic Kering Eyewear Team.
Your opportunity
We offer you an exciting position with the chance to work with the best high-end designer eyewear brands in the world. Your daily responsibilities will involve working with a wide array of international professionals who value quality above all else. You will have the chance to become a brand expert and communicate that knowledge to both colleagues and partners.
You will be part of the great effort we put into supporting and organising optical seminars for our energetic sales consultants, customer service department, and Partners all over the world.
How you will contribute
Attend international optical exhibitions both in Korea and the rest of markets in APAC
Conduct technical seminar as well as other physical and online training sessions for authorised dealers and internal staff
Laboratory training
Handle product claims upon the business needs
Support events and academies
Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the line managers
Who you are
Fluent in both Koran and English in oral and written
Holds an optical degree and has 3-5 years of working experience from either an optical store or optical laboratory
Good communication and presentation skills
Experience with the luxury eyewear product range is an advantage
Has strong communication skills and is fluent in English and Korean, oral and written
Has a strong eye for design and fashion
Is well organised and a perfectionist
Carry a strong sense of responsibility
Is able to work in a team and independently
Enjoys life on the road as the role will require frequent travelling
