To cope with business growth, we are currently looking for high calibre with creative mind-set to join us.

ROLE
Directly reports to Merchandising Manager under Operations Department, responsible global merchandise planning and inventory management including stock rebalancing and order fulfilment.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
Be responsible for Global inventory, monitor and derive OTB for HQ Central stock and review monthly replenishment with consideration on MOQ, align on Global target inventory landing and month cover
Ensure model stock assortment is maintained to protect brand image while maximizing sales potential
Initiate Global stock rebalancing and decide order fulfilment priority according to stock and sales in regions
Be able to challenge market sales and procurement forecasts to ensure optimal receipt flow
Partner with Global Merchandising Manager to continuously enhance working tools and processes with a start-up mindset, create a better visibility on overall sales and inventory position to help steer product and merchandising strategies
Work closely with Retail, International Business Development and Order Management team on stock requests
Conduct market visit and competitor research to identify missing opportunities
Support presentation materials for Management projects where necessary
WHO YOU ARE
Bachelor’s Degree or above
With at least 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail sector
Professional attitude, great team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Numerically sensitive with commercial sense
Strong business acumen with good analytical as well as problem solving skills
Multi-tasking, well-organized, systematic, attention to details and data-driven
Proactive and good adaptability
Be able to work under pressure and unpredictable occurrence
Excellent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandrin & Cantonese)
Computer literate with excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office applications
