We are currently seeking for a Supply Chain Intelligence Analytics Manager to support our main Business Intelligence Initiative, who will report to the Supply Chain Intelligence Manager. The position will be based in Trecate (Novara).

Your opportunity
You will have the great opportunity to join the Supply Chain Methods and Innovation department, a strategic function in Kering Supply Chain and Logistics providing support and structured methodology in the management of transformation and innovation projects, exploiting systems and operations best-in-class practices to control and maximize performances of logistics operations for Kering Group.
As part of the team, you will support the Supply Chain Intelligence Manager in designing and coordinating specific business intelligence initiatives, focusing on data analysis and data visualization.
How you will contribute
As Analytics Manager for the Supply Chain Intelligence team, you will:
Collaborate and proactively work in close partnership with business functions both from Kering and Brands, interacting with all levels of seniority
Analyze worldwide KPIs, processes and flows to seek for opportunities, foster innovation, enable continuous improvement and maximize logistic methodology standardization through benchmarking and scouting of best practices
Orchestrate the business requirements implementation, collect business needs for reports evolution, follow up to enhance user experience and develop ad hoc analysis
Monitor performance and data reliability, track dependencies with other streams and provide constant visibility of initiatives results and benefits
Leverage our state-of-the-art agile organization to ensure constant alignment between business and technology departments on projects and priorities, monitoring impacts and effort needed
Support Kering Supply Chain & Logistics transformation program, aiming to reduce lead time, cost per piece and environmental impact, adequately size storage capacity seeking for opportunities to optimize inventory and enable omnichannel strategy, safeguarding a smooth transition with proper hyper care
Be the business counterpart to Kering’s ambitious data transformation program
Who you are
Graduate in Engineering, Economics, Management or related studies
You are passionate about using data to support business decisions and stir supply chain strategies
Experienced in a similar field, ideally in the fashion industry or in complex supply chains and operations departments
Expert in using all Microsoft Office applications, PowerBI (or similar BI tools) is a plus
You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, all over the world and at all levels of seniority
You have a process and continuous improvement mindset, experience in project management approach and methodologies, excellent organizational skills and structured approach to project work
Agile methodology experience is a plus
Reliable, resilient, able to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a wide variety of topics
Able to set priorities, work independently and effectively manage own time
Proactive, problem-solver, with analytical mindset
Fluent in English (both written and spoken), Italian and French knowledge as a plus
