Reporting to the Global Visual Merchandising Director, you will join the Global Visual Merchandising team. You will oversee all visual merchandising responsibilities for Watches & Jewelry categories, ensuring an on-brand and consistent client journey through the definition of visual guidelines, visual business strategies, and store standards that better represents Gucci image globally.

You will be the point of contact for Watches and Jewelry categories and liaise with the Global Visual Design team, the Global Visual Merchandising team, the Global Watches & Jewelry Merchandising team, and the Regional VM teams.

Key Accountabilities
Oversee the definition of visual merchandising guidelines, both seasonal and related to special projects/launches, for Watches & Jewelry categories across DOS and WHS channels
Ensure the execution of visual merchandising guidelines (such as in-store display, merchandise lay out, density and rules, merchandising rotation) sharing with our Regional VM teams implementation plans and follow-ups for all distribution channels
Provide regular feedback to Regional VM teams in order to have a consistent product set-ups in terms of display and layout and windows
Collaborate with Global Visual Merchandising Design team for the development of display material
Run researches on latest tendencies on competitors, developing a strong up to date knowledge of trends and mood
Key Requirements
5-7 years experience in visual merchandising, visual display, styling or related areas
Previous experience in Watches & Jewelry categories
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Fluency in English
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Knowledge of Photoshop will be considered a plus
Fashion and styling sense with the ability to incorporate fashion trends
Proactive attitude and capability to show initiative and ideas
Very detail-oriented approach
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
