We are currently seeking a Tech Marketing Senior Manager, Greater China, based in Shanghai, who will report to VP Kering Technologies, Greater China as part of our dynamic team.

How you will contribute
A consumer engagement technology leader is responsible for creating and implementing strategies that enhance a company's relationship with its customers through the use of technology. This role requires a deep understanding of consumer behavior and the ability to leverage technology to create engaging experiences that drive customer loyalty and advocacy.
Some of the key responsibilities of a consumer engagement technology leader may include:
Developing and executing a comprehensive consumer engagement strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives. Identifying and implementing new technologies and tools that can be used to enhance the customer experience, such as chatbots, personalized messaging, and social media engagement. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to ensure that all touchpoints with customers are consistent and effective. Analyzing customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Building and managing a team of technology professionals who are responsible for implementing and maintaining customer engagement technologies. Staying up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure that the company remains at the forefront of customer engagement.
To be successful in this role, a consumer engagement technology leader should have a strong background in technology and a deep understanding of consumer behavior. They should also be able to think strategically and work collaboratively with other teams to achieve business objectives. Excellent communication skills are also essential, as this role requires frequent interaction with both internal stakeholders and external customers.

Technical skills
Strong understanding of China Martech ecosystem, with visions and insights for business future
Solid projects on customer journey design and branding
Solution architecture understanding for marketing and CRM data
Experience of Agile delivery methods
Strong work ethics
Other business skills
Omni- or unichannel, customer behaviour analysis, dynamic segmentation, campaign design & campaign performance management; Track of successful data-driven (AI-driven preferred), business transformation projects in the area of Marketing and Sales, with international brands
Strong knowledge of Chinese and/or Western eCommerce & social media platforms.
Experience building, managing and working in international teams of high-performing IT professionals.
Familiarity with Retail industry regulatory constraints (e.g. GDPR, CSL)
Familiar with China market, vendor, partners for best practices
Fluent English language level is required. Chinese (Mandarin) and French/Italian are a plus.
Experience
Min. 10-year experience in similar role and industry (eg luxury retail, wealth management, high-end hospitality or transportation…) or equivalent with consulting firm
Bachelor in relevant field. Master is a plus.
