We are currently looking for a Finance Assistant, based in Milano, who will report to the Head of Construction Italy in the Construction Team into the Integration & Coordination department of the Kering group.
Your opportunity?
?
Within the Construction Team into the Integration & Coordination department of the KERING group, you will report to the Head of Construction Italy supporting and ensuring the control and follow-up of all construction projects in Italy.
?
How you will contribute?
?
Deliver and control in coordination with Project Manager all administrative aspects of construction process: purchase orders, contract management, invoice tracking and approval
Financial monitoring of Construction projects
Be the point of reference for Finance team on all the Budget related aspects of Construction projects
Support data collection of all the construction projects
Use of the Microsoft Business Intelligence reporting tool for the follow-up of projects and cost control
Support the Head of Construction Italy to Consolidate and Monitoring projects financials (i.e. Capex Budget, Forecast) and Timelines
Support the Construction Italy team on preparation of deliverables (Presentations,..)
Collect technical and contractual documents for tenders
Ensure regular reporting to the Integration & Coordination PMO teams
Support the application of Construction methodology
Support to archive the project certification and as built to keep updated database of Construction projects
Implement new local procedures when it is necessary

Who?you?are
Master’s degree in Business Management, Management Engineering or similar
Previous of experience in financial controlling or related functions
Sense of the organization, attention to details, critical thinking, and team-working attitude
Proactive attitude and Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office package (particularly Power Point and Excel)
Fluent in Italian and English, French is a plus

Your opportunity?

Within the Construction Team into the Integration & Coordination department of the KERING group, you will report to the Head of Construction Italy supporting and ensuring the control and follow-up of all construction projects in Italy.
